Think you're Blacklisted and need a Loan? First, here's the good news. There is no such thing as a blacklist.
Many people believe that by having a bad credit history you are barred from being able to get a loan in the future and that your details are added to a "credit blacklist" meaning you will not be eligible for a loan.
In reality, many loan applications are rejected because the client does not meet the criteria defined by the lender they are applying to. When you apply for a loan, each lender will determine whether your circumstances are acceptable to their lending criteria. If you meet their guidelines, you will normally be offered a loan. If not, you will be turned down. However, there is no central blacklist of people with bad credit scores that lenders use as the basis of determining who they will lend to.
Being refused credit by one lender, doesn’t necessarily mean you will be refused by another. Each lender has their own criteria they need to keep to and this varies from company to company. Lenders do share information through individual's credit reports, but each lender examines the information on your credit report and assesses you based only on their own guidelines.
You may have been refused a loan before but now need a loan to buy a car, or for car repairs, or you may need a loan for home improvements. Loans are available for people who have had prior credit problems but are now in a different financial situation - these can be loans are for tenants or if you are renting and need low APR interest rates. If you need to pay off your debts quickly, maybe to pay off other loans or credit cards, we may be able to help you, even if you thnk you are on a 'blacklist'.
If you are having financial problems and you are worried about where to get help with you finances, we can put you in touch with a reputable loan broker. You do not have to enter an IVA or declare bankruptcy for a bank loan. A qualified loan broker can help you take control of your finances even if you thought you were blacklisted, however quickly you need you money.
We can help with a personal loan or secured loans as well as debt consolidation for people with a poor credit history who need to raise money.
This is the way we work at 1st Loans. First, you need to complete the enquiry form. Once you have done this and sent it to us, we pass it to the loan broker that we think will be able to offer you the product that you are looking for.
The broker may contact you to ask a few more questions or to clarify certain things about the application. Once this has been done, we will be in a position to know whether or not you qualify for a loan.
This may be secured, if you are a homeowner, or unsecured if you are renting or living with family.
If the broker is able to offer a loan, you will then be able to decide whether it is right for you and decide whether or not to accept the offer. Remember, that we charge no upfront fees for arranging a loan.
We aim to give you a great service, from submitting your application to dealing with the broker to receiving an loan offer. If we fall short in any way, please let us know so that we can rectify the situation.
